Beat wood for smoking brisket
This wood burned slowly and evenly and was not overpowering. Best wood i have ever used in my 25 year backyard smoking days.

Seasoned, but maybe a little old
Readings on all pieces ranged from 4.4 - 5.7% moirsture. Wood is not kiln dried, but perhaps a little bit aged. I will try another batch

Very Expensive
The wood seems fine but for amount of wood you get it is way to expensive.

Great tasting smoke but not cheap
You'll love the final product this wood produces but you're gonna experience sticker shock when you see just how little wood you get for $40.

Never Again
Product fine but the shing cost and the tax. Raised the $26 item to $45 !! That to me is rediculous..
