We used the lotion. It worked great. Can't say if the cream would be better. Sorry

Q: What to do if pump does not turn

Just saw this on YouTube: Loosen the cap and lift it slightly. Replace the cap and tighten it. Turn the pump. To my surprise, it popped right up!
