The blender itself is pretty incredible, and it does everything I want it to do. It's kind of stupid powerful - I can't see anyone needing more power than this. The juicing function is pretty neat - it won't beat cold pressed, but it does a pretty good job all the same! The added 20oz juice cup is great, although I did need to get a replacement after one of the seals seem to vanish on me. That said, the replacement was very easy to acquire.Customer service is a mixed bag... on one hand they force you to call during week days (there's no way to email them, or contact them via another method), but on the other, the wait times were short (even in the middle of the pandemic), and the calls were extremely quick (replacements are sent out right away once they get the serial number, no hassle at all.)I'm a little disappointed that they sent me the wrong replacement part when I called... but I guess now I have a free replacement blade, so I can't really complain. Both calls were quick and easy, and respected my time.

The wife and I bought this thing because we needed a new blender and wanted something that could also make juice. It seems to be durable and made of good-quality materials, and it does an excellent job of blending. In addition, it makes decent juice, although not quite as good as what I used to get out of my Jack LaLanne juicer.However, this product is way easier to clean than any juicer I've ever used.

January 2020. First Impressions: It works as intended.Update December 2020I've been using this blender practically daily for almost a year mainly for smoothies, and the occasional soup. It works well, and it's easy to use, and to clean. It's quite noisy when it's working, but it does not trouble me so much because it is only 30 seconds or so.The smoothie cup is too small for me. I have stopped using it. I use the large jar instead.I have concerns about durability due to the occasional faint burning smell that comes out, as if some wires or electronics were overheating. Time will tell.

Bought this for my honey for Christmas after being told he'd like a vacuum blender. I did lots of research on different models before choosing this brand and I reaped the reward of a very happy man. It's been used every day so far and the juices I've tried are phenomenal. Don't think you will be disappointed!

My last Ninja was simple and fabulous. I decided to upgrade when it finally broke due to a fall from the counter.This blender is TERRIBLE. Having only the blade on the bottom and not up the middle as older/other models was a poor change. Even cutting items to 1inch pieces as the directions say does not help from the items getting stuck. I have to stop , take the lid off and use a spoon to loosen frozen items.The juicer is okay. It is simple and easy to clean. The juice is not as smooth and a tad bit of pulp does get through the mesh filter. The vacuum sealing process does not always work. The door that allows cleaning to that part of the blender does not have a tight snap shut. Then, this morning that piece broke right off as I went to close it before juicing.I have called Ninja various times over the months since I purchased to seek help. They offered little help and sent me in circles.

I researched for a week for a blender that would make excellent smoothies. I read the reviews here and ultimately decided on this one.This blender is LOUD, not just regular loud but so loud it can be heard on the 3rd floor of my house! I cannot stand to use it. Im returning this one to find one that better meets my needs and doesn't require a set of noise cancelling headphones...YIKES!

Works great! However the juicer filter could be better. The Extraction setting is all you need to juice anyway. The blades are so sharp. Clean up is easy, after using I just put two drops of dawn in with a few cups of water put on low then rinse. That simple.

We have smoothies every day now. Best blender I have owned including my Vitamix. Pro tip: Juice all your veggies and pour the concentrate in to muffin tins and freeze for an easy smoothie “drop in” booster.
