This press is the best I have ever used in my 50+ years of homemaking. The filter with the soft (rubber?) edge is quite unique! Cleans the pot of ALL grounds as you press them down. Thanks VitaXtreme for a great product!

This is the fourth French press that we have owned. We thought we had finally picked a keeper with this one. It looks elegant, is easy to use and clean, and pours comfortably without dribbling. However....after 3 months the plastic holding the screens together broke. Unfortunately, the press is only guaranteed for 30 days.When the screen assembly breaks---and it will because the lightweight plastic cannot hold up to repeated use--two replacement screens (yes, you must buy two) are available for purchase. They will cost almost as much as the entire coffee press. I have downgraded this product to 1 star for that. I no longer recommend it, and sorely regret not checking out the cost for replacement parts before purchasing. But, then, I fully expected it to last longer than 3 months. To make matters worse, this company's customer service is non-existent.My good idea to clean out the grounds: Pour about 3/4-1 cup of water into the carafe, then pour out through a small strainer. (Be sure to save the grounds for composting).

It's a great product but only 4 and half cups size definitely not 8 cups.

Bought to be able to brew fresh coffee on camping trips. Took it on a 12 day trip to Utah and a long weekend in Big Bend. Works perfect. Helps me get a great start to a great day outdoors!!

Use it every day. Love it I have borken quite a few coffee presses. The way this one is designed, after months of use, I haven't managed to break it yet.

Worked awesome... got it for our camping trip... added hot water and coffee and viola!!! We actually bought 2 because there was so many of us.

I love this press! There are never grounds in my coffee and it has held up well with regular use.

Great little french press. Little to no grounds in coffee. Bought to use for both tea and coffee. Highly recommend.
