Tacky but does the job

Heard so much hype about this stuff, it’s excellent and really makes the glitter stick and pop in colour . Not tacky and easy to remove .

Glitter primer
This works so well. I was a bit unsure at first when watching a lot of YouTube videos, so got it to try it out... wouldn't be without it now

Not clear on instructions
This is more likely to be me but I can't seem to see if there is a dry down time you should wait before applying a glitter or shimmer on top, however I can definitely see a difference, is it massive not really but I think that's me using it wrong
