Gary's first book has been a favorite one of mine for a while and this one is equally as good! His attention to detail in instructions make it easy for anyone cooking BBQ. This new book will quickly become your go-to book when looking for new ideas or learning the essentials of mastering your favorite smoked foods.

Good book to learn how to smoke
great book for showing you how to smoke various meat. I'm disappointed at the lack of recipes and that pork was completely skipped.

The references to the green egg and pellet stove are a little irritating. I would have liked to see more insights behind the cuts of meat. It is otherwise almost as good as the first volume.

Low and Slow 2 is a superb book of technique and recipes for any BBQ enthusiast. The book goes beyond the basic 5 lessons provided in Low and Slow, the first book by the authors. After reading this book I've purchased 5 more as gifts for friends.

SMOKER GUIDE WORTH HAVING
Being a new Webber Smokey Mountain owner, I needed a specific guide to help get the best from that particular type of smoker, this book does the job. Very American in descriptions and ingredients, but nonetheless still a helpful guide for the novice smoker.

I like this book. very nice receipts, well explained. Nice pictures, lots of explanations. I think its nice to have it in your collection.Livro bem bacana, muito bem feito com boas explicações. Compre el primer libro de este autor, el cual no tiene desperdicio. Cuando vi que tenían la 2da parte no dude en comprarlo. Hace que se mejore mucho como cocinero con la herramientas realmente necesarias.

Wer Low and Slow Food mag kommt um dieses Buch nicht herum
Dieses Buch genau wie das erste ist eines der wenigen, dass sich um den Weber Water Mountain Cooker kümmert. Das schließt natürlich andere Water Smoker mit ein.Man bekommt als Anfänger mit dem Gerät eine Menge Ideen und Anschuib, um mit dem Smoker zu arbeiten. Da sich der Smoker in der Arbeitsweise von einem Weber Kugelgrill unterscheidet wird dieses Buch eine große Hilfe sein.Man kann dieses zweite Buch auch ohne das erste verwenden, aber mit beiden zusammen macht es richtig Spass. Mir gefällt der andere Schreibstil des Autors und es liesst sich recht locker weg.
