This mug was perfect! Had no imperfections and the seller personally reached out to me to make sure the package had arrived safely and in great condition. I did get a notification from ups that the package had suffered a minor damage but when it arrived, only the yellow amazon package had a tiny scratch. When i opened it to make sure the item okay, it was so well packaged inside of another box that absolutely nothing happened to it. It was package with bubble wrap in a tight box. Just perfect! My sister loved her birthday present and i loved the mug and the service. Thank you.
