After two months of flawless performance, the computer crashed and would not boot into Windows. I wanted to make a backup, but first wanted to roll back the system to a point before the latest automatic Windows update. The rollback failed, and the computer wouldn't even boot.I called Dell's customer service people (all of whom are in India, and one of which was on a chicken farm--I could not understand him very well, because of roosters crowing). After spending over eight hours with three customer service representatives, with no success, I was furious. Each of them told me the same thing: "There is no way to restore your Windows operating system, without a total wipe and total loss of all your installed apps and all your files, such as photos."I was furious! It took me five days, but I was able to restore Windows, save all my installed apps, and save every one of my files.The problem was caused by flaws in the Microsoft product (Windows), but Dell should train their representatives better, rather than letting them misrepresent the facts. The sad truth is that Dell is too cheap to hire well qualified American-soil representatives. Bring back those American jobs.

This is to be a home computer, that said, I do have one game, simulator, that I needed to upgrade for. My flight sim would push my old PC to the limit, cooling fans buzzing, glitchy flights. Bought this PC, added the wife's LED Cinema display and booyah. Practicing my RC Helicopter stunts like champ. All software updated well, iCloud app won't load yet but give it a little time and we'll see. Shipment arrived early and description was accurate. Tech support, it hasn't been a week yet, value, I've seen others with less power and features for more elsewhere.

It's OK for basic use but ever limited for expandability.

Computer comes ready to run. Looks great, but the OS will not activate. The error code says there is a bad Microsoft key. This computer came with a how-to booklet on how to hook it up, but nothing for the OS or Microsoft key. I am a retired software engineer. Microsoft Store wants another $139 to activate the OS. Frustrated is a tiny word for how I feel!

Very satisfied with this Dell and the delivery was fast. This was the best deal out there.

Dell is giving me a runaround.It crashed and lost all files & programs.It can't run one art program or keep a web page open.I need help.

I have had Dell PCs for many years. Last year, 2019 I needed a new one and decided to go Dell again.Big mistake. From day one it a glitch after another. I have high speed internet and when I ran the speed testit gave me 5.5 download and 0.0 upload. I returned it with no problem. amazon accepted it. Purchased anotherthinking it was a lemon just to find out it has the same problems as the previous one. Called Dell Technical supportonly to get unsatisfactory answers. Worst is that in order to escalate the case and speak to a technician with Dell solution station we have to pay a fee. This is insulting. I will be giving this to whoever wants it and buy Sony.These companies forget that without us customers they can be gone. No more Dell for me.

I purchased this from Dell during their xmas sale, I paid less than 400 for it. It is a great little computer for basic home use (not a gamer). I added an m.2 nvme, used the 1tb for storage, plus put an old 2.5 hdd in it.
