I'm a writer, and I often hunch over my computer screen, causing a lot of shoulder, neck, and back pain. So I decided to try a posture correction brace for work. Boy, am I glad I did! Just one day of wearing this has already alleviated my back pain. I almost don't want to take it off, lol. It's like someone hugging you very firmly around your mid back and pulling your shoulders back. That feels sooo good. I highly recommend this to anyone that does a lot of computer work. It's ten times better than just using an ergonomic chair or seat cushion. The construction on this one is very sturdy and comfortable, too, once you get used to the stiff back to it used to straighten your spine.

I am very happy with this posture corrector purchase! It is very comfortable and it really does work well. I notice when I take it off I'm standing straighter. I'm actually wearing it right now as I type this. It has been helping me not hunch over when I'm on the computer. I'm very impressed with the quality of this brace and I must admit, it's much nicer than I expected. The pads that are included make it so it doesn't irritate my under arms which is a major plus. It's much much nicer than past braces I have tried in function, comfort and looks.

This just happened to be the posture corrector I chose because it looked substantial. I don't know how effective the others are that might be more comfortable. I got the small because my torso is very small compared to other people. I had to add the extender. I would suggest ordering a size larger than you might think. My massage therapist recommended that I get a product like this because a rotator cuff injury was causing pain and my shoulder was folding forward. I thought it was just to improve my posture. After about a month, I realized that my pain was gone and I could sleep on my side again. I was able to stop taking an anti-inflammatory at night. I just got my height measured and I am 1/2 inch taller. It is amazing to me because I had accepted that I would always be in pain because 3 of the 4 rotator cuff tendons are completely torn. I wear it about 2 hours a day.

I originally ordered a XL cause I am very big busted but the XL was super large and loose even at the tightest adjustments. I recommend the XL for very large people over 300 lbs or very big and tall people. I'm 160 lb and the XL was sooo big, I re-ordered in size medium. Medium fit perfectly and provided enough pull back on my shoulders to facilitate erect posture. The shoulders were comfortable and I recommend that people start by wearing half hour per day and increasing time 15 minutes a day until they can comfortably wear it for 8 hours or as needed. The medium brace fit with good overlap around my ribcage and over a light tank top; however that is the part that was sooo uncomfortable and drove me crazy so I had to take it off. The next day I put it on again but this time over a heavier cotton shirt and same thing. I'm going to try putting the "pads" that come with it around my rib area and see if that helps.

I received my order within 24 hours and bought a Large and Medium since I’m I the middle of a weight loss plan. I’m wearing the Large over a thin t- short and it is absolutely comfortable!! The design and product is well made and very easy to put on and take off.The trick to how tight you want the posture corrector on lies is how tight you close it over the stomach. At first I put it on tightly and get tingling in my arms so I loosened it. It still holds my shoulders back and helps me keep conscious on how I hold myself.I plan to wear this one hour a day, slowly going longer as the weeks progress.Overall, great design, beautiful and sturdy!

I had extensive shoulder surgery last year. It was for one thing (NOT rotator cuff) and turned out to be way more complicated. I can’t drive far, working at hole for nearly a year....my posture is shot because of it. I needed to do something. I’ve been wearing this every day for a minimum of 1 hour (while working) and it helps. It hurts a tad where it touches near arm pit however it’s not this braces fault. I will use this as long as it takes to help posture

I bought this for my daughter who does not like to sit very well. She has bad posture and then I told her to try this. The straps give a slight tug but not uncomfortable. I can see that she has better posture when she is wearing this, but I assume it will take a while for her to get a natural better posture. However, this definitely helps out and is great for her back.

I have purchased, and returned several different posture correction products. Some came in multi pieces, were very light, or too heavy. But ll those I returned did nothing to correct one's posture. This product is great - it really works. I agree with many reviews that it can be uncomfortable under the arms. However, I discovered that ti's only uncomfortable when slouching. I highly recommend this product.
