My wife went to the dentist recently who recommended this product and she was pretty excited to get it. Once it arrived she attempted to use the 'heating' pack though that didn't work. Next up she used the hot water option to mold the brace and after 4 tries the 'brace' basically was useless as it did not regain original form as touted. Certainly not as advertised and I would look elsewhere.

This is the only mouth guard I have found that fits my small mouth.I cannot imagine attempting to fit this on your top teeth; I fit mine on the bottom teeth. When it's warmed, it tends to be a bit floppy. Even with putting on the bottom teeth, I have needed to do small readjustments by warming just the arms of the guard.The guard is very re-adjustable. Just don't boil it! Unlike most mouthguards, this one only requires temperatures of about 150F. If you heat this more than that, I can see you damaging the polymer. Boiling is 212F. I used a candy thermometer to monitor the water temperature, but really, when the water is fairly "hot," that's a good place to start. I was even able to do very simple adjustments with very hot tap water.It is hard. It is not gummy. That said, it's not a hardness that would make you cringe. It's a little firmer than biting the lid of a tupperware container (best analogy I've got). If you prefer a "gummy" feel, this will not work for you. It's only gummy/soft when you shape it.I had no issues with gum or cheek irritation. It can be hard to adjust for tightness on the front teeth.I like it, but I still don't think mouth guards are for me. No matter how often I try, my jaw shifts and it takes a while for it to "reset" when I get up in the morning.

The included heAt pack did not work at all. Alternative wAter method was not very good either. Product was hard as a rock went it dried. Unusable

Useless product

I bought this nightguard from their website directly. It was a horrible purchase and a worse experience, to the point where I'm here on Amazon telling you not to buy it. I molded and remolded and remolded and remolded. Even when clear and molding, the material doesn't conform very well. As it cools, it contracts slightly (physics, I guess). My teeth are by no means perfect, so the contraction makes them VERY uncomfortable. Then when I bite down, the torsion on the bite guard in the back means my front teeth get uncomfortable tension on them, due to how hard the material is. I finally threw them in the trash after 3 weeks of trying to get them to stop being awful.

Seguendo le istruzioni (in inglese) si modella bene e di notte non si sente nemmeno. Non ingombrante come altri modelli é molto piú comodo da portare e si puó rimodellare piú volte nell'acqua calda. Personalmente lo consiglio.

Cannot wear due to missing teeth

This is my current favorite nighttime mouthguard. I've tried many, including a couple of custom-made ones from the dentist. This guard is comfortable, and my partner can understand me when I speak with it in. The small holes all along it seem like they'd improve the circulation around the teeth, compared to guards without any holes, but that could be just my perception.I've ordered another one of these, so I won't be without one if this one wears out.

Really really sucked.
