These are 10 pads made with cotton flannel and a bamboo/cotton blend in the inner core. This is SUPER absorbent after the initial washing. Back layer is made from PUL. There are 2 sizes included with your kit: 5 overnight size 11x4 (equivalent of a super pad) 5 Regular size 9x4 (equivalent to a regular/light day pad) . Comes in a variety of colors. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PHOTOS ARE EXAMPLES ONLY. ORDERS WILL BE SENT WITH AN ASSORTMENT OF PRINTS/COLOR EarthGirl pads are intended to last for 3-5 years in a rotation of 10 pads or more. . We are all aware that placing chemicals inside or on our bodies is not healthy. The paper disposable products all have some kind or fashion of chemical processing that is stuck inside the paper just waiting to sit for hours against your susceptible skin. And for a woman, we can't think of a less favorable area to have those chemicals!!!

Great for the weeks after birth
The absorbency is perfect. I have to say that after using disposables for the first week after having my baby, then switching to EarthGirl Pads the second week, it makes all the difference in the world. I had no idea cloth pads would be so comfortable. I'm happy well-made ones can be found.I would note that the two kinds of pads have the same absorbency, the difference being length. So if you like a longer size, you might want to get the package of all "overnights."

along with Glad Rags, for about 8 months
Not the greatest. I have been using these, along with Glad Rags, for about 8 months. They are stitched through the waterproof lining and so leaking occurred there right from the beginning. The snap on strap is fairly thin, so they seem to move around more than I would like. They do wash up well and seem to have held up wash after wash with minimal staining. I haven't trashed them and will continue to use them until they are worn out, I won't order them again and wouldn't recommend them to my friends. I would recommend Glad Rags, much more secure, you can customize them according to your flow, and no leaking.

Amazing cloth pads!
This is my first time trying cloth pads and I love them! I have a very heavy flow and they are super absorbent! The fabric is cute and fun. The only down fall is that I could use an even longer pad lol. Well worth the price for these awesome pads!!

I've tried several different types of washable pads and these are by far my favorite. They are very well made with pretty fabrics, and they do a great job regarding protection. Plus, they wash well. Happy customer here!!

Really cute fabrics, enjoy the patterns instead of just the typical white ones I've seen around! They arrived with instructions on washing and use which was helpful. Good size. Haven't had any problems with the stitching/leaking yet, as some other reviewers mentioned.
