After months of research, I discovered that Vegan dogs are healthier and live longer. Also, an essential part is that no sentient beings were tortured and horrifically killed. What else can I ask for? Maruka ( a rescue dog from the streets of México) and I are happy with this delicious, organic, and nutritious food!

I've been using Evolution Diet Vegan food wet & dry for many years now.It's very easy to see the difference it makes.So far I could only get my cat to eat 50% vegan. Which still makes a huge difference in his health.He is 14 and very healthy.And this food has organic ingredients which are very rare to find in cat food.When I mix this with his 'murdered animal' aka regular wet cat food he doesn't have any vomiting or sensitive stomach issues.The day I don't mix this he vomits and cries.My only issue is I only have one cat vs 4 in the past. It leaves a lot of unused food behind.My cat eats it only for the first few days then loses interest.I asked the company to make 3 or 5 oz cans but they say it's too expensive to produce.They gave me some tips. Like transferring the food to a glass jar & warm up the food before refrigerating it in a bowl of hot water after each use. I guess it seals the jar better with heat.That didn't help much either. I still have half of the food wasted, unfortunately.I hope they get enough support to produce small cans.Great products.Thank you Evolution <3

I love Evolution Diet Cat food. My cat is three 1/2 years old and has been eating Evolutionedd diet almost the entire time. She absolutely loves the moist and dry food. Maggie is healthy and happy and because I feed her Evolution Diet, she does not need to see the Vet for any problem. Because Evolution Diet has quality ingredients, she has a healthy, shiny coat. Thanks for the quality food ~ Maggie will eat it for a long life.

I ordered this product for my black cat but unfortunately he was not a fan after trying it 3x. I tried adding more water, less water and giving it to him in small portions but he never came around to it. I switched to Benevo instead but I am still on the lookout for plant based wet food for him since he's slowly being more receptive to it. I will say you do get a lot of product for what you pay and my friend's dog did enjoy eating it so I will probably be giving them the rest of the cans I have leftover.

Purchased the variety pack. Mixed the vegetables stew flavor with the Pet Evolution kibble. The minute I opened it , it smelled and looked like regular human-grade food. I also got the cheese yeast flavor sample and will be purchasing it. My only recommendation is that the company invests in better graphic design to keep up with current day eye-catching labels . Food quality is 💯 and I’ll keep my dog on this for as long as he wants.

I got this for my cats, although I was a little confused, as to why it would be ok for both cats and dogs, as typically it can be dangerous for dogs to eat cat food, if they get into a bag and chow down on it. I believe they can have an episode of pancreatitis. So wondering how this food can work for both cats and dogs. Anyway I was willing to try it and continue to do some more research, as I was desperate to find a food that agreed with my cats. All 3 littermates have IBD. This food didn't work for them and they really didn't care for it either.

My dog did not tolerate this food well. Even the smallest amount given makes her vomit. I’m not sure if there’s something wrong with this particular batch or if she just can’t tolerate this food. I purchased the stew, which I assumed given the name it would be chunky with full pieces of vegetables and protein, but it’s a pate texture. It has a pleasurable smell; sort of smoky. I could find no mention anywhere of this detail even on the manufacturer’s website. Lastly, they do not take returns due to “pandemic fears and other food related safety concerns.” Honestly, using pandemic fears is a cop out but as a manufacturer if someone told me that their dog couldn’t tolerate the food I would, at the very least, request a can be sent back for testing. The fact that they are not concerned with that makes me nervous and because of that I cannot see myself trying this again in the future. Not to mention, the cost of the food should come with better customer service and policies.

One of the varieties of canned veg food I feed my pets. The dogs go for it more than the cats, though they all like the kibble just fine. As changing foods is recommended to prevent allergies, intolerances and stubborn preferences, I switch wet foods and keep the basic kibble. It is organic and a bit more pricey, so I buy it when I can afford it.
