Literally the best thing I bought to help me recover from my tonsillectomy. The pain was unbelievable however putting the packs in the freezer and then having this helped significantly with the ear pain and the swelling.The best thing about this is the fact they give you four gel packs which means that you can have one set in the freezer and one set on so you can swap when needed.

Ideal for my wife's trigeminal neuralgia and tmj pain. Sadly one gel pouch had leaked but that was OK, it came with four.Comfortable and does the job.

Wrap well made & fits. Packs didn’t stay cold for long & poor quality. All of the packs split even though they were used correctly. They were difficult to insert into the wrap.
