Not as good as I thought it would be. First off, it's not the color shown here, it's actually a much more basic green color. I'm using this product for a jam making business, making caramel apple jam, so this product gets a lot of attention...well, not anymore. It used to work quite well, but after a few uses, the suction stopped working as well, the screw that holds the corer kept getting loose, messing up the cut, and it just slowed down the process even more. Kind of wasted our money on this. :(

This little gadget is really Unique You can Peel,core and slide all in one. It has 3 way adjustable blades. You could adjust the peeling blade back and just core with or without skin. You could also adjust the the slicing blade for slicing or not or decide you want to leave the skins on but need to core only for stuffed baked apples or not core or slice but just Peel an apple to eat.Love this lots thx medicineP.S. I am disappointed in this slicer in that the directions for set up are not very well stated. I also could not loosen a screw that needed to be moved in order to use the slicer, so right now it's sitting in my closet and I'm going to try one time to contact the company to see if they can help me; otherwise, it was not a good purchase, though the quality of the product is very good.

Do not expect much from this cheap apple device. It does peel and core. It does NOT attach to the counter in any way, form, or fashion.It came with the bottom disassembled and after fiddling with it for weeks, I give up.

works well and you can really process a lot of apples - we finish about 1.5 bushels per hour. Would prefer a thicker slice to the apples - is reason it does not get 5 stars.

This peeler is exactly as advertised, it is lightweight, durable, and very easy to use. My 7 year old loves peeling and coring apples for apple pie with it. I will buy products from Chef Luz in the future.
