first, i can't imagine these were ever a $79 glove. however, they are well made. i have worn them 8 times and washed 3 times. they are holding up quite well. i would have given them a 5 but the padding is not as thick as i expected. probably for most people that would not be an issue, but i ride roads in western Pennsylvania and there are a lot of hills and rough roads :). i usually average 20-30 mile rides so, i prefer more a thicker padding. if you are a casual rider or rails-to-trails, these are probably ideal [or a rider who does not care about much padding]. i will say, that the padding on the gloves covers a lot more area of the palm.

Fits great. Very comfortable with the padding on the correct parts of the hand palms. Great color combination and I like the two tabs on the ring and middle fingers to easily pull off the gloves. The tabs are something that fingerless glove companies should have come up with years ago. Overall great product.

I've been wearing these glovesfor over a year. They last me 3-4 months wearing them 40 hrs a week as a cabinet maker. They are pretty durable, comfortable and breathable. The cushionsreduce tool vibration. The tabs don't get in the way and really help when taking them off. I will keep buying these. Great gloves.

I like them. They do what they were designed for. The only issue right be that they take a while to break in but that's really not a bad thing

I bought these gloves for my son. They reduce the fatigue often related to bike riding. I'll be purchasing another pair for myself next season

Great fit, comfort, enough terry cloth at the thumb to sop up a log of snot. I don't find the pulls on the fingers useful as I turn the gloves inside out, but I admire the ingenuity.

I'm an avid cycler and these works really well on my long rides.
