I've been taking Red Yeast Rice for years through my chiropractor. He's now retired and I had to look for another source because I could only get the other brand through a chiropractors office. I found GreenPacks and so far it seems to work real well. I will verify when I have my Lipids taken. Some people are put off because the gels are made with magnesium stearate. I take a lot of supplements and have never had a problem.
