Great Pack!
Received this bag but one of the zippers to the main compartment was broken (the zipper track looked either bent or maybe missing a tooth) so it wouldn’t zip closed. The mesh water bottle holder on the same side with the broken zipper was shredding and coming apart. I reached out to the seller, who has great customer service and they made it right immediately offering me a choice of refund or replacement. I really liked the bag (so many pockets and compression straps on each side, perfect for rolling up a sweater or blanket I want quick access to) so I went with the replacement...the replacement arrived in a few days in perfect condition. Traveling later this month with it to be used as my main day pack on excursions...will come back to update and give the bag the extra star (dispite the first bags flaws) if it holds up nicely.

Can’t handle the weight
Bought for a week at Disney. Wanted something lightweight and less bulk for packing. It started tearing the 3rd day. We didn’t have much weight in the bag. This would bot work for heavy items like books.

I recently bought this backpack and I used it this weekend to go on a short hike. Backpacks like these are good for short term hiking and the backpack itself was made really well. Even though it's foldable, the quality of the material used to make the backpack was sturdy enough for me to put heavier things in the backpack and not worry about it ripping apart.
