Instructions: - Position dog so you are able to lift each foot individually. - Identify where nail ends and kwik/nerve begins if possible. - Angle nail clippers at a 45 _ degree upward angle. - Clip a small amount off each nail. Tips and Cautions - Take a small amount off to avoid over clipping. - Angle clipper upward to avoid kwik which grows underneath. - Use syptic powder or bar soap on tip of nail in the event of over clipping.

Very good product
Very strong & well constructed. If I could add one small improvement suggestion: Make the depth stop snap or click into place rather than fall over left or right. As I was trying to get my lab to be still enough to clip his nails (he was not cooperating very well), I thought the stop was still where it was when I started but it had actually fallen over to one side letting the nail go through too far, causing me to cut it into the quick. I realize I'm to blame, not the clippers, but this improvement could possibly save others from the same mistake.

Great Nail Clippers!
I purchased these clippers, because my old ones always seemed to make a loud noise, thus frightening my dog every time I was clipping his nails. This clippers are the best I've had so far. The cut smoothly, are easy to grip and the blades are nice and sharp.

It is easy to hold
Worked well, although I wish the jaws opened a little further. It is easy to hold, and the blades cut well. Good product.
