Use this weight bench as my regular exercise program to stay fit and control my weight. This bench is sturdy and well designed for my needs. Most pleased with this selection.

The bench is very sturdy, I used an impact driver to set all screws on the rack and bench. I would recommend getting extra weight to keep on the back of the rack to add stability. If you are a casual exerciser this is a good piece of equipment to build a home gym around. If you are a serious lifter this is a good bench and rack at a bargain price.

It was easy to assemble and very sturdy for my purpose. It is perfect for a home gym. The bar for the bench press needs to be at least six feet long. My wife loves it to.

I've had it about a week and half and I love it. I loaded 255lbs onto the safety hooks and they held fine. I pressed it and shook it bit,still seemed very sturdy so I then put all my weight (185lbs) onto the bar which is 440lbs. It held perfectly fine didnt bend or give at all. Now I'm not saying you should do any serious powerlifting on this thing or to go over their recommended limit, just saying it is sturdy and well made. The preacher curl handle bar attachment is kind of stupid, but the actual pad itself works great if you have any free weights or if you want to do barbell curls. The adjustable bench is pretty sturdy. I like that it is firm and doesn't sink in when I use it.

Bought this unit for my home gym. We use this machine every day, and it's performance is great. It is very sturdy, and takes up little space. I would recommend this product to anyone who is serious about exercising to change their lifestyle and body.

I am so pleased with this bench. You get such a great value for the price. My husband and I put it together in about 2 hours. Everything was very clearly marked and the instructions were easy to follow. The olympic width is quite nice for doing squats and chest press. You will need an olympic sized bar. I had to buy a 7' bar to fit the unit. I love that it can adjustable the bench. This is great for me as I'm limited on space. The rack itself is very sturdy. I have used it for squats and bench press several times and have found it to be very solid. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase!

I'm glad I purchased this bench. I spent several months researching home gyms. The weight bench is just what I expected and I'm happy with the purchase. I didnt need the squat rack/bench press attachment because covers all the bases in terms of functions and whatnot. Took a bit of time to assemble, aside from that, I love it.

This is a nice piece of equipment. The assembly is tricky, Took me a little over an hour to put together by myself, fortunately the parts are numbered for easy identification. Otherwise I will spend more time to finish. This bench combo great for benching, inclining, curling and you can even get a leg curl workout. It's a great value compared to the price of comparable benches.
