I bought this bike for an effective work out. Having had a spinning bike before, I knew what I was letting myself in for, or so I thought. I set it up and it looks great, until I tried to ride it. It's tiny. I'm not exactly tall at 5’10” but the highest seat position is way too small for me. If you are taller than about 5’6” or 7 then don't bother. I will be arranging to return this bike to amazon es as soon as I can. I'm really disappointed it won't take a man of even average height.

Estoy encantada, no tiene nada que envidiar a la que te encuentras en los gimnasios. La recomiendo 100%.

Ich habe es alleine aufgebaut, dauert ca. 20min, das war nicht so schwer gewesen.Ich persönlich bin mit dem Sitz vollkommen zufrieden. Er ist bequem, war leicht anzubringen und bereitete mir bis jetzt noch keine Probleme. Die Sattel- und Lenkerposition kann über diverse Stufen in der Höhe verstellt werden, auch die Pedale, damit man sich beim trainieren wohl fühlt. Der Widerstand lässt sich über eine Einstellschraube regulieren. Auch beim Fahren mit höherem Widerstand im Stehen hatte ich keinerlei Probleme.Dazu reicht das Rad sehr gut, macht keine lauten Laufgeräusche, ist also alles o.K. Alles in allem ein sehr guter Kauf für diesen Preis.

Pour me remettre en forme progressivement, il sera très bien. Il a l'air solide et stable, pas trop bruyant. J'ai mis du temps à le monter, mais aussi, je n'aurais pas du mettre le guidon à l'envers, et je ne suis pas doué. (en vérité, c'est assez facile quand on a quatre mains ...) Je déplore juste l'aspect misérable du support de téléphone en plastique, et de la partir "électronique". Plastique très bas de gamme, totalement "toc". Quand on voit ce qu'on peut acheter pour 20 € dans le même genre, c'est vraiment dommage. Ça fait vraiment économie de bout de chandelle.
