Okay I was kinda worried this was going to be a ripe off but everything seems perfectly fine to me so far and packaged really well. ^_^ It came with everything needed to start except speaker and amplifier. So I while I play it on my t.v speakers I can't use the mic until I get those. Hopefully when I do it's easy to hook up and use. I love that they have little installation videos. They did send me the wrong gold base instead of the black one but I suppose I can just paint it, not a Huge deal. Besides that I'm loving everything so far and at one of the lowest prices I could find. And when I locked myself out someone actually got back with me and walked me through reseting it. I REALLY appreciate that. I know this doesn't have lots of reviews yet so I thought I would share my experience thus far.

The item came in on time. Pretty easy to be set up took around 30 mins to figure everything out. But one of the biggest con is the song list available. I Went thru the whole song library and I couldn't find song from major Chinese pop stars such as Jolin Tsai, Luo Zhi Xiang and etc. there is no after sales support that I can get my hands on. I never experience this issue with other KTV machines. So if you want a pretty crash-y machine along with very limited song list that doesn't update alot then maybe this is your choice.

The unit arrived earlier then expected, set up was easy. Plug and play, after connecting to wifi. You can start to download many songs. Customer service and technical support is good. Highly recommend

The machine keeps reboot itself after a few songs I don't know what is causing it.
