However, if this is to be used for decorative purposes, the two hooks in the package might not look good when mounted close together because one was about 1/8 inch (3mm) higher on the hook side and 1/8 inch lower on the side screwed to the wall. Also, the screws provided work better with countersunk holes in the brackets. For non-decorative applications, these work great. They are strong and easy to install.

I’ve had a hard time finding a sturdy hook that can hold this step stool that didn’t look like it belonged in the wood shop locally. This fits my needs and wasn’t that expensive.My husband said they were easy to install, and wants to get a few more to hold things up in the coat closet in the next couple of months.

The screws and plastic anchors included do not match. Once you drill a hole and insert the plastic anchors and then try to screw in the screws you will realize that the screws sent are too thin in diameter to hold in the anchors. You then will likely have to drive to Home Depot or Lowe's to purchase larger diameter screws that will work in these anchors. When you add this unnecessary extra hour into the installation you will want to sit down and give them One Star. This problem has been complained about for months by other purchasers and the company has not corrected the simple problem. They just need to purchase and include the proper size silver pan-head screws that fit the anchors instead of the skinny black sheet-rock screws they are sending out! Oh, just noticed the MADE IN CHINA.
