In terms of efficiency? Five stars. They're a little boost of energy, and I take them intermittently throughout the day if I don't have enough time to make a cup of tea/coffee. Or, if I'm lagging a little bit in the evening, I'll take one to hold me over because I know a full mug of black tea would keep me up too late. They make you feel alert in an even-keeled way, but not wired, which is wonderful. Just enough to focus.In terms of taste? Well, that depends on whether or not you like milk chocolate! I had previously purchased MyBite's women's multivitamin at my local grocery store -- the multi is dark chocolate and it's super-delicious, at least in my entirely subjective opinion. I assumed these would also be dark chocolate because I didn't read the label closely. They aren't, they're milk chocolate, and because of that, I'm not too crazy about the taste. BUT, if you like milk chocolate, you'll probably enjoy the flavor more than I did! I gave a couple of them to my dad -- he's a milk chocolate lover -- and he thought they tasted great!MyBite is a relatively new company, but based on my recent experiences with their products, they seem to be very promising!

I love these. They have to have been discontinued because I can’t find them for sell anymore. Very sad about that. This seller on Amazon definitely decided to take advantage of that fact by having the price up quite a bit.

These are little bites of heaven! They definitely give me energy for the day. I do eat them throughout the day though. Never eat a bunch at night. You wont be able to sleep.

I love these, they really work well, taste good, and are shipped with an ice pack so they don't melt during shipping. However, the expiration date was 1 month after I received them, and I ordered 4 months worth. I would think I would of been sent a much fresher batch with at least 1 yr ex, date,
