Worked OK for about 9 months, then started to degrade. Recently my laptop began having power issues where it shuts down the machine even when the battery reports it's at 40-50%. Took a look at the battery and it's bulging in the middle third portion. Wouldn't recommend it. In addition, there doesn't seem to be any way to contact the seller to make a claim on the 12-month advertised warranty.Update: After digging deep to find out how to contact the seller, I reached out and explained the situation. The seller was kind enough to honor the warranty and shipped me a replacement battery. 12 days later, the replacement arrived in the mail. It's only been a couple of days with the replacement battery installed so I can't yet speak to the resilience of this replacement battery. However, I can at least report that the seller honored the warranty.The information about how to even contact the seller was a bit hidden -- I expected it to be an easy link to click such as, "Contact the seller", right next to my order itself; alas there was no such link. I had to perform a search on all of Amazon to find the seller's page, and then I had to drill down even deeper to find a way to coax Amazon to reach out to the seller on my behalf. Overall, the end result was positive, so I have raised my rating accordingly.

No me funciono, la instale en mi ordenador y no carga, la lleve aun tecnico la calibro y de igual manera no funciona, tuve que comprar una original, no pude devolverla porque me cuesta mucho desde mi país de origen.Despues de poner mi reseña por esta via el proveedor se contacto conmigo a mi correo y me dijo que lamentaba los inconvenientes causados y que si deseaba un reemplazo o un reembolso, les solicite un reembolso ya que había comprado una original, le explique que debido al país donde me encuentro no puedo devolver el producto, pero aunque no hice la devolución de la batería ellos me hicieron mi reembolso a mi tarjeta de crédito, estoy muy satisfecha con la atención y no esperaba este gesto. I was really looking forward to using this battery for my computer. I installed it and it was dead. It would not charge or allow me to do anything. Totally disappointed in this product, so I returned it for a full refund. That was a hassle too!

My laptop battery needed to be replaced. I ordered this battery because of good reviews and price. Though I could have replaced the battery myself, I am not tech savvy so chose to have it installed by a professional at a nominal fee. It has worked as expected and I am happy.
