Type 2 diabetic 67 years old works for me
I take one capsule three times a day before meals. I can tell the difference of glucose control. No roller coaster numbers. It's just been such a balance the two months I've been using this product. I can even tell my urination has been more controlled. No signs of excessive glucose. When I cheat a little, it's still control. But I don't recommend cheating. Just something I like now and keeping a good balance. Some food we don't realize has more sugar than it does and so on. I'm on my second order

Appears to be OK quality
Appears to be good fresh product. I wish it was more concentrated, but it does seem that cinnamon does help for a lot of good health issues.

Cinnamon is supposed to lower blood sugar level
I overate rich foods over the holidays so I cannot fault the cinnamon for my high blood sugar levels, but I started on January 1st to eat right and get my blood sugar under control again. I have used cinnamon caps from the health food store previously and have had good results, so I can only assume that this one will have good results also.

My constant nausea is gone.
I'm a diabetic and in all the research I've done on cinnamon, I've never heard that there is some made from cassia bark which contains a toxin and this Ceylon which is considered to be real cinnamon. I've taken many bottles of the bad one and have struggled with constant nausea for a long time and no doctor could really tell me why. I've taken a boat load of ginger and other nausea helps including a prescription and nothing helped. It took a couple of weeks but I can say that the nausea is gone. Was it the bad cinnamon with the toxin? Don't know for sure but this is the only change I've made, so it's something to consider. You do still want to give your body a break even from this Ceylon cinnamon and I do that by only taking it five days out of seven. Maybe not the best way but it's a way I can remember. Do your own research.
