01/17/25: Using this for several things but baking is not one of them That said, I love what it does when used in a dry shampoo, and also in place of cornstarch baby powder for me. As a dry shampoo it quickly leaves my hair fluffy and full-bodied. It gives my very fine hair more oomph. As a baby powder substitute - I hate cornstarch powders and the vile scents - it has similar properties but no scent which is also perfect for me. I'll update my review and stars when I try this powder for more things around my home.
