Bought these for a trip away to the mountains - wanted something warm and sexy to wear around the cabin. These are super warm and comfy. I have larger calves and some socks stretch and become much less opaque but these still look like socks and don't have big gaps in the stitching when on.17" Calves18" thighs at two inches above knee which is where the socks come up to.Also add, great experience with seller. Amazon showed different dates than their estimate but when I contacted them they got back to me immediately and rushed these out that same day to be sure to meet my deadline for my upcoming vacation. 5 stars is not enough, they really went above and beyond. Great service.

I bought these for my mom because she's in a nursing home and her legs get cold. She loves them! She has pretty chunky legs, and they fit well, not too tight. Very good quality, and nice colors.

I've tried several different brands of OTK socks, but they were always too small. I'm 5'5", but not a small woman. These socks... They fit. In fact, they are a wee bit loose @ the top, but they do stay up (over the knee). They aren't the thickest, but are thick enough they work in place of long John's under jeans (thin enough too they aren't a problem under said jeans). They also work great as house lounge (instead of full pants, just long shirt & these). Will be ordering more!

I'm 5'6 with somewhat large thighs and these fit great.

I am a size 12/14, size 7 1/2 shoe with 15 in calves and these fit as expected. Some of them are stretchier than others but that is expected. oh and I am 5'5 and these are mid thigh on me.

I read the reviews and no one else mentioned that these tend to roll down from the thigh to the knee! I do have bigger thigh and read the reviews that said they worked for ladies like me, but they do not. I'm really disappointed that they don't stay up. And it's true, the yarn is not very soft; it's a bit scratchy. Also, they only come up a little past my knee, not very high on the thigh. Maybe if they did they'd stay up better? I really wanted to love these.

Gorgeous fashion tights. I wear a size 18 or 20 pant and have larger thighs. I was optimistic after reading that these fit larger gals. I tried one on. It had to stretch wide and therefore wouldn’t fit as high as it should. Not meant for ladies who wear wide calf boots or larger than that. They are beautiful though. They could work as knee high socks if you wanted.

Only reason for 4 stars is that length was not consistent between colors. My navy come right above knee, black are true thigh high and the charcoal and beige are in-between the two others. Nice quality, I am plus size ( xl - 1x) 200 lbs, 5'4" and they fit my calves and thighs without being uncomfortable.
