Di Negris De Nigris I Fruttati Balsamic Fig Vinegar, 8.5 Ounce

This has always been my favorite. It's thick but not a glaze, and it's very rich and fruity, but blends perfectly with the vinegar. This one is so much better than many other fruity balsamics where the fruit taste seems "separate" from the vinegar taste.

I love infused vinegars as they add so much flavor to salads. I think I've tried them oil and the fig is divine. You don't need much to get the true flavor of the fig!!

I've fallen in love with fig basalmic, i use it and olive oil alone on all my salads. This brand was not the one I usually buy, but was very tasty and available on Amazon.
