Improved my peri-menopausal skin.
I have been taking them for around six months and definitely seen an improvement in my peri-menopausal skin. Easy to swallow and no after taste. Good value and Healthspan's usual good quality. I had tried the powdered and liquid collagen but these tablets showed far more improvement at a fraction of the cost.

Easy to swallow . I take one per day. I have only just started taking them and I have had no problems. I can't really say I have noticed anything special at this stage, but so far so good.
