This chair is HEAVY
Chair arrived 11 days before expected. Super fast! All the parts were neatly included, with a spare of each screw and an extra screw cover, and the allen key tool that came with it is super comfortable and easy to use. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, instructions are mostly pictures, but easy to understand and well labeled. Only complaint on assembly is that the chair is so heavy that it did actually make it more difficult to put together than other chairs I've put together with all the lifting and dragging it around to get to all the screws. I had to set it on a table and sit in another chair to get to the screws to fasten the back to the seat of the chair. Also, when the instructions say to wait until fully assembled to tighten screws they mean it! I do recommend putting it all together, have a seat in it just to get it settled, and then tighten the screws one more time. It was good before that last tighten, but after it's perfect. The parts themselves are super heavy duty and well put together, and I feel like this chair is going to last a long time compared to others I've used in the past. I will say the wheels are the pretty standard plastic chair wheels, so I did buy a set of the skateboard style wheels that were rated for 600 lbs. They raised it just slightly from where the wheels that came with it would have been, but feel more solid. Just one of the skateboard type wheels weighs almost as much as the whole set of five of the wheels that came with it. Definitely recommend the upgrade. Now that it's put together, it's super comfortable. The seat is wider than on any chair I've ever used, and the padding is extra thick and supportive. The chair is wide enough for me (5'8", 330 lbs) but also high enough for my fiance (6'5" 170 lbs), and it's almost impossible to find chairs tall enough. I'm actually ordering a second one for him today. I will say the massage is pretty light so if that's a major feature you're looking for, it might not be strong enough for you, but it was comfortable enough as an added bonus.I wouldn't say the chair leans forward like I've seen with some other chairs, but it doesn't feel like it rocks back as much as I'm used to or prefer. Will fiddle with it though and see if that changes. If it does, will come back and update.Overall, definitely a 9/10.

A great product with great support
I have MS and needed a chair that would work even for a heavy guy sitting on it all day, and which would be comfortable. I assembled it sitting down which isn't easy, but this chair was easier than others I've built. There are extra screws, and it even comes with an allen key with a handle that's better to use than the basic one I already owned. The instructions were easy to figure out and read through as I built it.The actual quality of the chair is incredible for the price. There are little details on it, like the velcro flap on the back or the net holster thing for the massage cord on the bottom, that make it clear that somebody really cared when designing it. The pieces feel very solid and well-made, and the material on the surface (some sort of leather, I think) feels comfortable even in the Florida heat. The bottom is padded enough that it's not uncomfortable to sit on even after long hours. The back provides good support when you're sitting up, especially to the lower back.I did try the massage feature, but I'm not somebody who has ever gotten much out of that kind of thing, so I can't really talk about it. It felt pretty good, though. I'm not exactly a chair enthusiast, so I can't talk with any authority, but from the perspective of a fat disabled guy, it's pretty great. The true gem of this product is the customer service. I had a problem, which was more my own problem than theirs, that being that, due to my condition, it's difficult to continually sit up in the sort of position that this chair is meant for. It doesn't lean back, and due to the lumbar support, it's not practical to be leaning forward either (as bad for the back as that is). Typically, when you have a "you problem" and contact support they either quote some arcane text in the warranty to settle it, or they string you along before telling you to beat it. Not the case here. They answered promptly, on a Saturday, and continued to respond to work through the issue. In the end, they gave me a refund and told me to just gift the chair to someone who could use it, which blew me away.I still need a chair, but my next one's definitely coming from the same company. They've bought a family of customers for life, as far as I'm concerned.

faulty part and poor design
I bought this chair as a gift for my husband. The hydraulic post under the chair did not hold up and now the chair sinks. This happened within the first month. The chair is rated for 500 pounds. My husband weighs around 350. I submitted a request for a new part and never received a response. It's a bit hard to hold zoom meetings when your up to your armpits at your work desk. The seat is comfortable, but the hydraulic cylinder is bad. Also the cord for the massager is a bit short. It tends to unplug when you turn your chair to get up. I would recommend looking for a different chair.
