I like smoked food very much. As a kitchen and barbecue supplies, this product is very practical. Does what it says. I use the small bits of wood from the bottom of bags of smoking chips for the bbq. Gives a lovely but mild smokiness. If you are doing cheese, slice it first about 1 cm thick to give more surface area. Turn and repeat if you want it a bit smokier
