I have had these in reserve for a while and have gradually replaced the Xerox low capacity originals. These are superb and intistiguishable! No mess, immediate trouble free replacement and really excellent! I have replaced all three colours, in the illustration, and am still waiting for black. I took that shot in artificial light, but rest assured that they are good! I have no connection with the company and I paid full price for them - this is a rare genuine Amazon review!!!

Having ordered and wasted money on other compatible toner cartridges for my Xerox VersaLink C400 I was sceptical that this set of 4 'high capacity' toner cartridges might not work, so dropped a line to the seller who responded to say that they'd replace any cartridge if it doesn't work. I am delighted to confirm that not only are these cartridges as described, but that they work perfectly and with no noticeable drop in print quality. Very pleased that I found this item and will definitely order again.

I bought a box of 4 ink toners in December for my Xerox c405 due to the prohibitive cost of buying genuine toner. When used first, everything worked perfectly fine with good quality printing. However, after a few weeks, I started to receive an error message stating that there was a problem with the yellow toner and that the toner needed to be removed and reinserted to continue printing. When this was done, the printer worked fine. However, each time I switched on the printer, I received the same error message so I had to remove the yellow toner and reinsert it before I could print with it. As the quality of the print seemed fine, I was happy to put up with this small inconvenience as the toner seemed excellent value for money. However, a few weeks later, I noticed that blue colours were not printing so well and soon after I started to get another error message asking me to reinsert firstly the yellow toner each time the printer was switched on and then I was asked to reinsert the cyan toner and restart the printer before any printing could continue. On restarting the printer, I had to go through the same process again of reinserting the toners but I would still not be allowed to print as I had entered a vicious cycle of reinserting toners and restarting the printer. As I could no longer use my printer, I phoned Amazon to complain and their customer service thankfully arranged a full refund. As I still needed to print, I thought that the batch of toners that I had received may simply be from a faulty batch. So I immediately ordered a second box of toners from this same company. The ink arrived today. Unfortunately, as soon as I inserted the toners, I got the same error message as before: the cyan toner needed to be reinserted and the printer needed to be restarted before I could print. This once again started the same loop that prevented me from printing again. This was a brand new toner box. I was able to find a solution on the internet (to remove and reinstall the cyan colour drum cartridge) and this allowed me to start printing with the new toners installed. However, blue and green colours were not printing, particularly blue colours. Also, the printed pages had a powdery feeling on the surface of the page, and when this was rubbed, the ink would just smudge off the paper. I will now be contacting Amazon customer service again (after less than 24 hrs) to return this new box of toner and get a refund. By the way, my printer was brand new in September 2020 and worked perfectly fine with the original Xerox toner. I only tried an alternative toner as the cost of the original was far too high. I will now look for a different supplier of toner for the Xerox c405. I'm really not happy at all.

Good price, but can't say anything about the product yet because I haven't fitted it yet, still using the final bits from the last lot.

I was sceptical that these toners would work as well as the genuine xerox toners but they do. The colours are as bright as the originals. I have been using them for a couple of weeks now with no problems. If you want to pay over £700 for the originals rather than just over £70 for compatibles then you will be wasting your money. I would throughly recommend using the compatibles.

Brilliant set of toner that works. Yes the colour is slightly less vibrant than the original but is that not worth it for a £900 saving?

Good quality good price no problem with identifying

I swapped the original xerox toner for this compatible toner and started to see small dots all over the paper - see the picture. I’ve since changed 3 components in the printer and gone back to an original xerox toner but the problem persists. The xerox engineer said the chemicals in this toner may have damaged the inside of the printer. The issue is we can’t locate where. I’m unable to use this printer as I need good quality prints so the dots are unacceptable. I’m going to have to buy a new printer as xerox won’t replace the machine under the warranty as it was caused by a non-xerox part. Very disappointing. P.s. I wouldn’t usually leave negative reviews but I think it’s worth sharing the risks in case the same happens to another very expensive printer.

Worked great on a Versalink C400

I bought this ink cartridge to replace the hugely expensive original brand cartridge. It fits in my machine just as the brand version does. It also has performed well without incident. The price is phenomenal when you compare it to buying the name brand version. I am quite happy!

Die Qualität ist fast so gut wie das Original: Farben etwas anders aber Druckqualität genau gleich oder besser sogar. Wenn man den Mac Treiber noch Kalibrieren könnte auf die neuen Farben, wäre es genial!
