I purchased this item on August 26, 2019 and it doesn't work. It won't turn on. I charged it well, and still nothing.I just want my money back.This doesn't deserve any rating stars, but it won't allow you to submit your review unless you give it a star.

Terrible!!! I tried to charge it and turn it on and it wod not turn on or charge!!! Not to mention the instructions were in Chinese.

I got the merchandise and charged it for more than two hours and tried to turn it on. It did not turn on no matter what. I am very disappointed.
