The hand pump stops working eventually

We use this every single day. It keeps the water hot and is extremely convenient. I find that it is hot enough to make tea, coffee and other beverages in seconds. This is also one of the largest I found on Amazon. If you are like me and drink coffee and tea throughout the day, you'll want a larger hotpot like this one. Highly recommend.

Large capacity does the job it supposed too. Nice clean modern look. Happy with the price also. There is a slight smell of burning from the dispensing part of the unit. Unit does not seem effected. The extended warrenty I purchased was very reasonable and worth having should something go wrong in the next few years

My family used this for the first time this weekend and it worked great. We had plenty of hot water for the Sabbath and the dispenser worked well. The water level indicator was easy to read. Hopefully it will last for several years.

Piece of junk and the price is a rip off. You can buy this in any Judaic book store for half the price. Also the seal wears out after about two years and the pump wont work anymore. Don't Buy it!

I was amazed at how well it keeps water at the perfect temperature. I do wish it pumped water a bit faster, but certainly that's not a show stopper. So far so good, we'll see how long it lasts.

Awful Water Pump!! stopped working after just a few weeks of minimal use.I would not recommend this to anyone

The pump does not work well!The waters comes out super slow, almost like a trickle.Very frustrating.
