This is a really cool product, I didn't even wet the hair like the directions say and it worked great. I have dark blonde hair also most brown, but the color was easy to see. I did my niece's hair yesterday for Halloween and it turned out even better . She has light blond. Just take a small section of hair and comb the chalk through it. The only thing I noticed was my ends did get a little tangled from the chalk, but I need a hair cut, so that could be why. Otherwise easy to use and washed right out. Make sure you clean your shower good when you get out or you will be scrubbing it later.

This stuff definitely doesn’t look anything like the picture at all. However, my daughter did enjoy playing with and it went on her hair pretty easy just not dark. She has light brown hair. It did made her hair very oily which I didn’t like. The good news is it washes right out in the shower. Unfortunately, I will not buy particular product again.

I bought this purely out of boredom, but it was fun! I have dyed blonde hair, so I think that's key when having the color actually show up. When you have the product on it feels a lot as if you've doused your hair in hair spray so it's pretty difficult to comb and can cause you to damage your hair a bit when brushing if you have long hair like me. I slept on a white pillow with the dye and nothing came off which was great. The next day it definitely need a a touch up, but overall I say if you just want to have fun and check out different colors on light hair, this is great for that. I think I just might dye my hair pink because of this whole experience.

After carefully reading the instructions, I applied the hair chalk to my daughter's hair. The comb kept pulling out her hair. We had a HUGE pile of hair to throw away when all was said and done. The chalk did color the hair, but my daughter's hair was just blue and crunchy. Like when you spray a whole can of Aquanet on your hair. Later we washed out my daughter's hair and it took about 3 washes to get the color completely out of her hair. We will not be using this product ever again. I would return it if I could.

Barely noticeable change to my daughters hair. We spent nearly 30 minutes combing this into her hair and got almost no color transference. I would have given it one star but my daughter was still happy that she received all that attention and she imagined that her hair looked close to the picture on the box. The purple color worked somewhat while the rest of the combs simply chunked and broke off onto the floor. It was relatively easy to clean out of my daughters hair, but harder to clean the chunks off of the floor. Watch your carpet! we did it outside.

I bought this for my five year old daughter who wanted to have some fun colors in her hair every now and then. this is so easy to use and comes out as soon as we wash her hair which is great. Highly recommend. Especially for young girls whose parents don't want anything too permanent.

I work at a bank and am unable to color my hair unnaturally so I purchased these for single day color. For $8 I wasn’t expecting much but was absolutely blown away by the results I got. I have salon bleached hair and the colors were surprisingly vibrant. I did have some trouble with the caps on the combs falling off but other than that I think it’s a very good product for the price. Would definitely purchase again.
