Curvy Cupcake 24 Steel Boned Corset Underbust Satin Waist Training Cincher Trainer

I've worn a lot of corsets in the past but they were definitely different from the Curvy Cupcake.I've worn mainly fashion or lingerie style corsets and I've tried those smelly latex corsets that claim to be steel boned but have no steel in them and roll up all over the place. I have wanted to try a real steel boned corsets after having my baby to help re-shape my waist but real steel boned corsets are just so expensive. I've ordered the cheaper ones that claimed to be steel boned but either they weren't or the construction was just cheap. So I was really surprised when I saw the curvy cupcake. It looked just like orchard corsets CS426 corset except it was half the price. I thought it had to be too good to be true until I started seeing the pictures and reviews from other customers. That's when I decided to jump the gun before the pricewent up... and I'm very happy that I did.Like everyone else has said, the corset really is an amazing value for the price. The corset is comfortable but not heavy once on and the materials that they used are quality. I really love the shape of the corset. It's very curvy under the bust which makes wearing it super comfortable and it sits very comfortably over the hips and just creates the most gorgeous silhouette. It tucks in all the bulges and smooths everything out beautifully.I love the modesty panel and think that it's the perfect length. If it's too long then it will affect the look of the corset once you close it up which means you probably ordered too small of a size and if it's too short then your back fat is exposed. The laces are very strong and it's easy to customize how you want it tightened. I've had my corset now for a few weeks and it has molded perfectly to my body after following the seasoning instructions on their website. An added benefit is that it's really helped my posture. Everyone says I'm walking like a queen! The corset has really held up well and I can't wait to order the next size down to continue my waist training journey.Tip: A tip to get it to close easily is to loosen all the strings before putting the corset on and to connect the panel from the bottom up. Makes it super easy. I didn't do that at first (learned my lesson) but follow that and you'll be looking good in no time!

I own many corsets and have been wearing them for years. Obviously custom corsets are best but when you spend hundreds of dollars on a beautiful custom corset, it's generally for special occasions because all corsets have a shelf life, even with the best care. In the past, I would buy Orchard Corset corsets for daily wear but this is a great alternative because the quality and construction is the same but it's nearly half the price. It's always good to alternate corsets for daily wear so they last longer. That said, this is a great maintenance and daily wear corset.For beginners, this will indeed help you train your waist and help you to reduce over time but for seasoned corset wearers like myself, this is a great corset to maintain the reducation that you've already made. For a corset, it's very very comfortable and the curvy shape that it gives you is beautiful. Strong and comfortable is what you want for everyday wear and the amazing price doesn't hurt either. The satin exterior also doesn't catch on clothes, so that helps too.From reading a lot of the other reviews, my advice is: Don't vanity size yourself. If you go too small and close your corset too quickly and not season it slowly and properly, all you'll do is damage your corset and end up not waist training because you'll be so uncomfortable that you won't wear your corset.If you close it too fast and it's too small, you're going to bust out of it. You will damage it by putting too much strain on the fabric and the bones may poke out. This is true of ANY corset or any thing made of fabric and steel. It's better to be truthful with your measurements and what you should really order. You're not going to save money by trying to wear a corset to reduce from 40" to 28" because you'll mess up the corset and have to buy another. In my opinion, it's better to size UP when deciding what size you need. When you're comfortable reducing and your corset completely closes, THAT'S when you size down and continue to make your waist smaller. Then you buy a smaller corset to keep reducing.Once again, this is a solidly made quality corset, great for beginners to waist training or for daily wear for those that are maintaining. I'm satisfied and would order again.

I can't even say enough about this waist trainer. It's freaking gorgeous. I feel so sexy wearing it and my husband is absolutely in awe of my new shape. I'm finding myself buying new clothes that coordinate with it, lol. I had ordered one from somewhere else and it fit okay but once I started lacing tighter it was cutting into my hips really badly. I don't have that issue with this one. It hugs my curves perfect. Also, I'm 5'11and a size 16 with a long torso and it's a great length.My natural waist is a 38 and I ordered the 32.
