but it's perfect for a one year old's head
After reading the reviews I knew this would be a small hat, but it's perfect for a one year old's head. It looked adorable when I tried it on my daughter, who still has a few weeks to go until her bday. She usually hates hats but kept this one on for a test run. It was packed in a little clear box and was not deformed in any way.

Fits a 1yo perfectly.
This is smaller than an average party hat. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it and realized that. It's made very well and super cute! The elastic is not too tight, my baby was not bothered by it.

Perfect product!!
I used this for a birthday mash cake and was so cute! I like it cuz it’s small enough for it not to take away from the toddlers face but still has the frills that make it cute and girly.

So, SO cute!! It came in a nice little plastic box to keep it from getting squished in transit.It is adorable. Appears to be well made - and will be PERFECT for birthday pictures!!!
