Used this for a party the colors are bright the green was like neon bright green I got them because they are natural with fruit juice they come in packets like ketchup packets that you get from fast food restaurants but they are clear ones if you ever went to Panda Express the packaging kinda resembles that

Used these for a cake for my grandson who is very sensitive to other dyes and it was perfect. Although the color wasn't as vivid as other food dyes, the safety was far more appealing and comforting. They were easy to use, however the bags they came in were a bit messy. Not enough to not use, but there was more cleanup, which was quite easy being it didn't dye fingers or the washcloths which was really nice. Shipping was fast too.Will definitely use again.

These are single use packets and we needed almost the entire package of red and green to make them vibrant enough for Christmas cookies and that was for a very small batch of Icing,.. only 1 cup of powdered sugar for each color. The green has a weird taste to me, but not to my husband. The rest of the colors were tasteless. I will be searching for another brand in the future solely because of the high price and one time use.

I was so looking forward to finding a food coloring alternative for homemade pasta and cookies. I might buy again, but unfortunately they come individually packaged in non-resealable plastic "soy sauce packets" and so once you cut a corner open, you aren't able to close them up again. The pigment is great but after opening they are extremely messy. I noticed that there was a slight flavor to the colors as well.

I was pleased with the colors for our Christmas cookie frosting. They are bold and do not have a weird taste. My only complaint is that I didn’t realize these were one time use packets. So we had to use the whole color packet in one sitting. For the price I assumed they were like the artificial dye packets that can be used several times… I did not read details very well, so that’s my own fault. I probably wouldn’t have purchased these had I understood they would only be good for one use. However, they did the job and our cookies turned out beautifully.

This product was impressive. Most natural color is dull and you have to use so much to even have a dull color. This product was great colors were bright and had lots of left over for next project.

My granddaughter tasted the frosting and said it was fine (this flavoring). But the vibrant colors shown (even using two full packs of the green) were drab and actually sickly looking. So whether this allergy free, natural alternative would work here is beside the point. The cake would poorly represent my daughter's business. So not valuable for the money. And not easy to use and keep on hand -- "packets" have been opened and then completely used (unlike how food coloring and flavoring is usually sold in sealable bottles or tubes).

Great alternative to using toxic food dyes
