Safco Products Bamboo 5 Tier Desktop Organizer, Natural, 3643NA

I like this bamboo organizer, BUT, I have reservations.1 - As with the other purchasers, my some of the dividers of my organizer don’t “quite” fit all the way down in their slots. The problems is not very obvious, however.2 - This was my problem:The front curved piece of bamboo is glued onto the base. This glue didn’t survive the bumps that the package received somewhere along the line. However, there was no other damage (scratches, cracks, etc.).Rather than return the item, I applied “Elmer’s Glue” to both sides of the joint, and held the two pieces together with masking tape while the glue dried. My problem was solved with an easy fix.I have purchased other bamboo products (of different types) from this company, but this is the only one with any problems. My experience is not enough to stop buying from them, but understand that this item has “issues.” I’m still glad I bought it.

Although the overall item is attractive, mine arrived with the front curved section cracked and almost falling off. This was not due to shipping damage but rather a poorly fitted tongue-in-groove that had not been cut or fitted correctly. The left side fit tightly, but the right side had an 1/8" empty space between the two pieces, causing the joint to fail.The one I received should have never been sent out for sale because the joints were so badly cut that it couldn't have escaped even a cursory glance, much less a standard inspection. - Made in China, by poorly skilled labor and a complete lack of quality control.

I have ordered other desktop accessories in this bamboo line and love the look. I was concerned when the box showed up at my house because it had been severely mishandled...and the box inside that was really beat up. But to my very happy surprise, the product arrived without a crack! I will advise that the products are not extremely durable so use caution in placing them on the desk so they don't get knocked off. But for my purpose - they look great and serve the exact function I bought them for.

I would've given this bamboo organizer 0 stars if I could. Listen to the other reviewers, I wish I had. I ordered one for my husband to use on his office desk to hold all his tablets and smart phone as it seemed like an easy way to have a nice charging station. When it arrived, the front lip was broken off as other reviewers had reported. I ordered a replacement thinking Amazon would check it this time around before sending it out, but lo and behold, a second one showed up with the same break as the first one!Either the design needs to change or the packaging needs to be better.Just don't do it. Especially given the price. You'll be disappointed. Both have been returned now.

Why do paper organizers have to be complete junk or ugly as sin. This sorter works just right for organizing important mail and paperwork around the house without looking like a corporate office environment.

Love this-it is beautiful and sturdy and fits my decor so much better than any other vertical file option

...than the clear plastic previous organizers we had for years. Solid, beautiful bamboo. Only caveat is the price for just a file organizer, however, you get what you pay for. Seems very solid. We bought 2 and find them a great improvement.

The item looks great and is very easy to use. The only comment I have is to be sure you really have room for it because it is larger than I expected.
