CaliBowl Nested Non-Spill Low Profile Bowls with Non-Slip Bases, Set of 3 Assorted Sizes, Blue

This is the third set of Calibowls that I've bought. I love the materials these are made from and they hold up well under regular use. There's a silicone non-slip ring on the bottom that has never peeled or failed on any of the bowls we own - even though we put them in the microwave, refrigerator and the bottom layer of the dishwasher. The lips on these bowls are engineered so that food almost literally falls onto your spoon. They are suitable for many purposes from dining to baking. I really like having them in a range of sizes. The smaller ones are great for snacks like mixed nuts while the larger sizes are perfect for eating popcorn.

I'm Mexican and I was looking for big bowls for posole that won't get to hot or brake to soon. I purchased this to try and I do like them a lot but as soon as I use them I need to wash them really fast or they get stained very easy also I can't put them in the microwave because the plastic it's so thick that it takes forever to warm anything up they do have a nice gripe at the bottom so it doesn't move once at the table. These are great! My husband has a neurodegenerative condition that is affecting coordination and visual perception. The combination of these bowls in red, la contrasting yellow Dysem non-skid mat, and an OXO weighted spoon or fork means that he can feed himself with minimum embarrassing mess. Dignity and independence preserved for a while longer!

I didn't want to spend a lot for microwaveable bowls, but did need a few. The bowls really do "grip" your table, if you care about that. I bought for a one year detail but will probably give them to my college kids when I get back home. They are sturdy, stand up to dishwashing and pretty much any abuse I throw at them. Most important I've used them a LOT for microwave foods and I appreciate they are thick enough not to burn my hand after having heated my food.

I recently got two sets of these. Due to life events (suddenly needing to replace a stove, refrigerator, and sink), I haven't tried them yet, but am impressed by their weight and appearance. However, the non-slip ring does not work on three of the six (2 smalls and a medium). This suggests a problem with quality control or some sort of problem with putting the sticky stuff on the bottom of the bowl. This part isn't too impressive. When I first reviewed these bowls a few months ago, I gave them 5 stars. I loved these bowls at first, but after just 3 short months, the plastic is peeling. I don't wash in the dishwasher, and I don't use them in the microwave. I went to the manufacturer's website to complain, but the number listed has been disconnected. I bought a few sets of these bowls, and within a few months, they are all pretty much useless. I am very disappointed because I used them quite often.Original review: I love these bowls. We have been using them as our primary bowls, over our nicer glasswear. So far, they still look great but I have only used them for a few weeks so I'm not sure how they will hold up in the long term. Either way, the price is okay, the bowls are good, and they save some space in the cupboard.

We mainly use these bowls for our dogs. I like the non-slip feature and bright colors. We also use the larger Calibowls for salsa/guac/dip when we have guests. The inner ridge makes taking a chip-full of dip easy and mess free. We've had our bowls for 2 years now, they're made to last.
