Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60, 62,80 & FZJ80, '80'96 (Haynes Repair Manuals)

Came quickly and sealed in factory packaging. Haynes is the way to go even if you have the factory shop manual. This book has already been incredibly helpful to me. They take the time to explain things in a super understandable way. This is even better than watching tutorial videos online. It's really nice to have on hand and if you like working on your LC, get this now so that when you are in the middle of a job or something breaks, you already have it. Great purchase.

The troubleshooting and computer code information covering how to bridge the circuits is most useful. I had no idea it was possible to do this without a computer. This manual is the best one I have found for an 80 series with an 1FZ-FE engine. The main purpose I bought the book for was to obtain a little information as we often travel in remote areas where outside help is unavailable.

Pretty good resource, but most of this can be found on IH8MUD forum. Have always bought a Haynes manual for my projects, felt like this one was a little lackluster compared to others. Land Cruisers had a lot of variations across this year range so probably too general to lump them all into one. Would I buy it after seeing the contents? Probably not.

a good price and usable

I have a 1992 Land Cruiser Prado imported from Okinawa Japan, this book helps since my vehicle has a Japanese water logged user manual.

This is a cheaper alternative to the factory service manual. This may just be quality control issue, or maybe just my copy, but the binding of my copy began to separate after a few hours in the hot sun, so now the book is very fragile and needs to be re-glued. Otherwise, great info in the book! Couldn’t find torque specs though.

Aunque está bien, esperaba algo más en cuanto a más despieces de partes del coche, pero no cabe duda que aunque editado en un papel malo y en inglés, describe muchas partes importantes del Hdj80. Lo he comprado para llevarlo en el coche en viajes por Africa y que sirva de guía, en caso de avería, haya donde surjan.

This is a very informative guide for land cruiser owners. I was a little disappointed in the lack of information on diesel cruisers though.
