This wasn't my first saliva test kit to use, but I still had a few questions before I tested, and the seller was so helpful and fast in answering all of my questions. You do not need a doctor in order to order and use this test, but when you get the results, you will be armed with real proof that will hopefully convince your doctor to take your symptoms seriously. Or, you can find natural supplements that will help your particular needs. The color graphs made it easy to understand the results, although the explanations and reference ranges were a little confusing. I'm glad that I took this test, so that I could make informed decisions about my health.

It gave me an understanding of where my hormones are. I plan on using it for my personal regime again

First off, I am 36. Having the ZRT hormone saliva testing done was a huge help in getting my life back. After a bunch of blood work testing by multiple doctors and a Rheumatologist, I was eventually diagnosed with FMS, depression, insomnia, chronic migraines, low Vitamin D, Anemia... I cried every night in pain. I was at the end of my rope and desperate. I looked for a hormone doctor in my area and he hooked me up with the ZRT kit. It was expensive and I wasn't quite sure of it's reliability. However, the doc said it's the way to go. I followed the instructions to the T. Refrigerated my samples until I could mail them off the next day. When I was emailed the results I was astonished to find out that I suffer from Estrogen dominance, Adrenal fatigue, super low DHEA, testosterone, and a really low AM Cortisol level (my cortisol level was extremely high in the afternoon). I reviewed the results with my doctor and he prescribed me bioidentical hormone therapy, iron, and Vitamin D supplements. It took about 2-3 months and my pain eased up dramatically. 9 months later, I still suffer with bouts of tiredness and coldness, but my pain is gone. If you are at a loss and have tried everything then it doesn't hurt to do this test. I did not get my ZRT kit from Amazon, just felt compelled to share. There are an assortment of test kits available on the ZRT site. My test had 5 saliva tubes. If you've tried everything, what else do you have to lose?

not explained fully, ask health questions, I didn't want results based on my answers but on my test. when I received the results, there was another page that would have given me results based only on my health question answers, at least that is what it looks like. Again, could use better instructions
