It had no instructions but it wasn't hard to figure out that the 2 chrome / plastic inserts needed to be gently prized out to access the mounting holes. It moves up and down as I wanted and is a pretty good fit for my shower head. I can see that it won't last more than a couple of years because it is a cheap piece of plastic but for now it is fine. At $9.99 it isn't a bargain but that is still inexpensive. I would buy another one.

I had to have a screw mount like this. It is a great design. Very simple and very adjustable.I thought it was all metal, but I'm hoping the chromed plastic will be ok.Can't beat the price.

I LOVE this shower head holder. It is so inexpensive yet it looks great when it’s up, I installed it by myself and I didn’t even need a drill! Highly recommend!

When package was delivered, wall achors & screws were not included.

Can only mount from side to side and hard to adjust up and down. So light weight and cheaply made I’m not installing. Don’t waste any money on this useless bracket.

I needed a secondary shower head holder and this was easy to install with screws and the finish fits right in with our other fixtures in the shower.

This holder rotates side-to-side (point?), but not up and down as shown in the images. It's also quite flimsy (cheap) plastic, and will probably not even hold up for long. I didn't install as I need one that adjusts (which I found all metal and about the same price!)
