These socks are not bad really. They are cushy on the bottom, however, after a while the sock tends to slide down and I would have to keep pulling them up. Doesn't necessarily keep the feet dry all day, but for the price, I wouldn't mind picking these up again.Update - 2/22/13I picked these up again after a short while, hehe. I must have tried 3 or 4 other diabetic-type socks and these were by far the best in my opinion. They're not meant to go all the way up to your knees, even though they can go up that high; they'll just eventually fall down to regular-crew size socks (if that makes sense). However, I will say that I've never experienced any kind of discomfort with these socks.

These soft, comfy, non-binding, supportive socks provide sweet relief for my sore and swollen feet! I got one pair, and was going to order more ~ then I noticed the instructions in the description about washing by hand and line drying. I didn't notice this when I ordered them, and I didn't see these instructions in the package. So I've machine-washed them once, and threw them in the dryer on a short, low-heat cycle. They came out just fine ~ no shrinking or discoloring. However, I don't know if I've ruined the antimicrobial technology. I can't be washing my socks by hand, so I've ordered some more from a different company. Also, I was surprised to receive them wrapped in excessive amount of plastic ~ no need for wasteful packaging.

If you have to wear socks, this is a nice option. They don't droop or sag or get into creases and hurt your feet. The socks are very comfortable. I had to go to larger shoe size to wear these. The bottoms make your feet a little warmer which take a small adjustment period if you live in a hot climate. If you live in a cold climate, keeping the top of your head and the bottom of your feet warm is the secret to happiness. These socks would be perfect in a cold climate because they would keep you warm when outside and your feet won't melt inside.

I bought these for my father, who has circulation issues but not diabetes. He says they are the most comfortable socks he's ever had. I have tried getting him other brands of diabetic socks, but they overstretch, or fall down, or wear out too fast. He has been doing laundry every 3 days since I got these socks 2 years ago, and they haven't worn out yet, or stretched.I can't say enough about these. For my father (a grumpy old man) to praise clothing is amazing. These socks are amazing, something I never thought I'd say about socks. They are now my (shh!) go-to present for my father.

I have my feets a little bit wider than normal, so this product was a great relief for me!Me and other relatives who are diabetics, use this product everyday for any activity: going to the job, goint to do jogging or simply just walk even hours in the mountain or at the beach with no harm and not pain of any class. The socks are strong but gentle to the feet, easy to wash and care. Feet are more fresh and the antibacterial silver technology prevents bad odor and fungus. I bougth three colors, white, black and brown, so I can use with any kind of suit. Since Octuber 2010 until now, May 2011, the socks remain well, no holes no damages and still soft to my feet.

These are good quality, thicker than the 12/pr-for-$20 socks.You get what you pay for, obviously.They fit tighter though, if that is an issue for you, I actually find the thinner ones more to my liking for everyday use.These are nicer for dress up though, and I'm sure they will outlast the cheapos, as they DO wear out fast.That gray colored sole that the picture shows is not accurate...there is no colored sole.Not sure is that is good or bad, just a fact.

I've been a diabetic for more than 10 years with diabetic nerve pain and neuropathy. I can't recall a pair of "diabetic" socks that caused so much pain! I can get a 4-pk for less than $10 at Wally World that are incredibly comfortable in comparison. Also, huge pilling areas appeared after a single day of wearing and looks they will fall apart after a couple of washings. I ended up giving them to my grandson.

When looking for diabetic socks you have a 50-50 chance at the product being garbage. I have ordered my fair share of various brands of diabetic socks for my husband to use, and these are by far one of the best. After having him wear them for a while and washing them several times, our informed decision was that we needed to order more. Highly recommended. Several pairs have been used daily for a few months and they are still in top shape. Also, they are true to size.
