These anti-slip traction treads really saved us from having a bad fall on the back steps. They went on real easily and seem to adhere well to the cement- which is around freezing. I'll have to come back after they have been on for awhile to update my review. For now, we are sold on these treads!!

I recently bought a home that has a landing and then step down in my garage. It is the same color. Having been in the garage only 1 time, I stepped off the landing improperly and fractured my wrist in 2 places and tore my Rotator Cuff in 3 places after a hard landing on a concrete garage floor. This was the perfect solution so it will not happen again to someone else. Inexoensive and easy to use.

Whoever painted the basement stairs of the home I bought last summer must have had rocks for brains! They painted the steep stairs (all 12 of them) with a shiny gray enamel. The basement wasn't well lighted, either. Slipping down these stairs was easy to do, especially for my wife! Not anymore! With these strips installed, the yellow and black grab your attention, and the non-slip surface keeps your feet right where you want them to be! What a great find! My insurance company should give me a discount for using these!

Exactly as described. Put them on my deck stairs because they were slippery when wet. Not too rough on barefeet. Work great.
