FlexWear 800ml/27 Ounce Double Walled Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle for Hot or Cold Drinks, BPA Free, Hydration Bottle

I was NOT given a discount in exchange for reviewing this product.It keeps liquids cold and it fits in a cup holder, so it does its job.The biggest criticism I have is, my bottle came with a very small but extremely sharp and pokey bit of metal sticking out of the seam along the lower part. This really should have been caught by the manufacturer. I was going to get a file and try to file it off after I took it to work with me, but then I noticed, it seems to have gotten caught in something already (a cup holder, I assume) and torn out, scratching the bottle (see photo).The double lid is a nice design, and I appreciate how it unscrews quickly. However, the actual spout piece inside seems to be made of plastic. This is a disappointment if you are, like me, wanting a water bottle completely free of plastic - particularly the part that touches your lips. The seller needs to make it clear what this piece is made of.I also wish there wasn't a big logo on the side of the bottle, but apparently everyone who starts a bottle company thinks this is a requirement. Very unfortunate... if you feel you must put a huge logo prominently on your bottle, why not emboss it or otherwise try to make it not look tacky?Overall it's decent enough, but with a few tweaks and a bit better QC it could be excellent.

I bought this to replace a segment leading s'well bottle that lost its vacuum seal. The only problem with the s'well was that the mouth was too small to add whole ice cubes. I kinda smashed them down in there and that's why it failed, I believe. The Flexwear is bare stainless, which I wanted but was not offered by s'well. I use these bottles exclusively while kayaking and just that handling causes chipping. I wanted unfinished stainless. The Flexwear has a double lid that allows easy addition of ice cubes. The small top lid is well held on by that plastic loop. It is easier to drink out of than s'well. It does not insulate as well as s'well does. The same mass of near boiling water was 168 in the s'well but 160 in the Flexwear after 2 hours. Most heat was lost through the large lid with was not vacuum insulated. For half the price and the useful features, and for what I use it for, I am quite happy with it.

I ordered 2 of these containers originally . The first time I got them them just in time to go on a bike ride with my husband so I engraved our names on the lids, filled them up, set them on the counter and was all ready to go, and I realized that there was a crack on the bottom of the silver one. I was disappointed however hoping this was not indicative of the quality of the item. I asked for a replacement, but when I got said replacement, lo and behold it had the exact same crack. If I hadn't just sent the other one back the same day I would've thought that they sent me the same one again. This time I don't want a replacement. I want my money back please. I believe something needs to be done about the quality of construction before anymore of these are sold. The one I have kept does keep Water cold. 24 hours later it's still had ice in it, however when something like this consistently goes wrong, I always wonder what else might be in poor quality about it for instance if the claims of no BPA are actually true. I'm not sure whether or not I can trust that shortcuts.haven’t been taken in construction of the product. Sorry. I want something that in which I can trust the entire Quality of workmanship.}

Ordered this bottle , and when I recieved it it had a little ding in it nothing that should effect its performance since it bangs around in my gym bag and in the car but I emailed to let the shipper know and they responded very quickly and sent me a new bott even though I stated they didn't have to. As far as the bottle goes it works great so far keeps things cold I take it to bed with me and most mornings there's still ice but even if there isn't any ice the water is still cold which is great. Does collect a little bit of condensation around the plastic cap but not enough to worry about . All in all for the price a great litttle bottle

This is by far my favorite water bottle and in fact I purchased another one so now I have two. However, I can only give it two stars because the lid strap has broken on both and I haven't even owned them for two months. Certainly a flaw in the design as I only use them at home and to run errands so these bottles aren't out in the wild wild west getting knocked around. I have written to the seller to ask for either an entire replacement or at least two lid ensemble replacements. If the response is favorable, I will return and upgrade my review. At the end of the day though, the lid strap is not durable...........UPDATE: After owning two of these and using them both daily and all day, for a couple of months, the thermal quality just isn't there anymore. In the beginning you could fill it with ice and water and at the end of the day, there were still pieces of ice. Now, the ice melts just as fast as it would in a regular glass of ice water. I think this product is great but not for everyday use.

I have only been using this bottle for two days now, and it seems to be living up to its standards to keep liquid cold, though I cannot quantify for how long since I drink water far too quickly. The only reason I give this bottle 3 stars is because of its size; it is SOO MUCH BIGGER than I expected. I am a 5'7" female and my hands are to small to even securely hold on to the neck of the bottle. Also, it is super tall and heavy when full. I ordered the black/black version, and it looks a whole lot like a torpedo, it's actually kind of ridiculous looking.
