The music is classic and beautiful INXS. Every track is memorable, their best album and one of the best of the 80s of all groups during this time. Pleasantly surprised that this is on clear vinyl. Not only that, it is heavy a weight quality pressing with no sound defects, warping or distortion. Most importantly it sounds fantastic (strong and clear lows and highs). Definitely a collectible. PS, Thank You Amazon for double boxing this item for shipment as I received it with absolutely no album cover damage (minor or otherwise) such as corner dings or crushes, creases, etc...

Back in the late 80s I played this album on cassette so many times it’s practically embedded in my dna.Getting back into vinyl and this was one I definitely wanted in my collection.While much of the rock music from this timeframe wasn’t my taste with the shredders of the day INXS was a great alternative.I highly recommend you listen from beginning to end a few times and my guess is if you do you’ll soon have an album to listen to for decades. Enjoy!

Pretty much could have been a greatest hits album with New Sensation, Need You Tonight, Mediate, Devil Inside, Never Tear Us Apart and Mistify. Such an underrated band.

The 30th Anniversary release of Kick is what it should be. The first two CDs mimic the 25th Anniversary. The third CD includes some remixes found on other compilations. If you have a Dolby True HD or a Dolby Atomos sound system, the Blu-ray is amazing.I have taken off one star because the promotional videos have been cut to match the album. Some of the original versions (Need You Tonight, Never Tear Us Apart, New Sensation, Mystify) had different versions of the song for the music video. The videos do use the Atomos and the PCM audio tracks from the audio only portion of the disc.

A great piece of work from beginning to end. A must have item for your 80's library.

Classic 80s album. This was really the bands breakthrough album and I never bought it when it came out, I did have 2 copies but this was vinyl 1.0 and they both jumped. So I never had the album until now. Hutchence and the band at their best.
