Purchased for my daughter and mother as part of a office warming gift. I was given this by a co-worker and loved it. Now they both love it. Temp is great. They can continue a call or attend a meeting and come back to hot coffee or tea. I have even keep my oatmeal warm in my mug between patients. Great gift.

its okay. The one thing I don’t like is that I can’t use it as a coaster for cold drinks. Even if I turn it off, when I put a drink down on it, it heats it up. I guess that would be nice if you wanted to heat up a mug of cocoa or something, but it’s a pain because I have a very small table. Easy to clean—no books and crannies.

I use this as a candle warmer in my laundry room. I like that I can use up all of my candles. This handy device keeps the room smelling wonderful and I love that I don't have to worry about not remembering to turn it off. I also really like that it is a flat surface so all sizes will fit on it. I'm sure it would keep your coffee or tea warm too!

Even though is says it works best when the bottom of your mug is flat, it only warms up the bottom of the mug and not the coffee inside. It is not worth the effort of returning it.

It definitely works best with a flat bottom cup. With a normal ceramic cup that does not have a flat bottom, rather a ridge running around the circumference, it's just okay. That's to be expected since it transfers heat on contact with the warmer. The more contact the better it works.I think it's a very good deal with two heat ranges.

Stopped working less than 2 months. I only used less than 1 dozen times. Very disappointing.

I love this coffee warmer! Keeps my coffee hot without being too hot. It is really easy to turn on and off since it is touch sensitive so I would advise not to have it around kids. I dont always have the time to go warm my coffee up since I'm a stay at home mom and work at home so it helps me to keep my coffee warm while I'm working and looking after my little one!

Cool product but even my mom who drinks coffee everyday never used it really bit of a hassle especially depending on your outlet locations
