The book is beautiful and good qaulity.

The media could not be loaded.  In my opinion this is more of a text book on the Mystical and magical system of the Argenteum Astrum A.A. But it is a very well written book and so worth getting if you are into Thelema

Excellent. A ‘must’ in every Occult library

I cannot recommend this book highly enough. It is precise and accurate and walks you through the A.'.A.'. System one grade at a time. As I worked my way through the Crowley Curriculum using this book I constantly referred back to the original Crowley documents: "One Star in Sight", "Liber Collegii Sancti", "Liber Graduum Montis Abiegni" and "Literature Recommended to Aspirants". Mr Eshelman did not leave anything out!He explains everything in detail! There is NO leaving you in the dark! If it is your True Will to work the Aleister Crowley Curriculum, than by all means buy this book.An excellent companion title to this book would be the "Adeptus Exemptus Thesis" -- also recommended.

I can whole heartedly recommend this book. Basically what has been done with this book is compiling into a flowing sensible presentation of the A.'.A.'. ststem. To get this material in the past required going back and forth between several other books. This book has the required material collected and organized into a very well arranged method, which is excellent for the progress of the Adept. Of course, eventually all will need to acquire a few more books, but this one will definitely ,"Get you going", in the right way. The book is a hard cover and excellently bound. Again, highly recommended for Thelemic Adepts and researchers.

One of the most frustrating things about Crowley is that his writing is so thoroughly scattered and disjointed that the prospect of comprehending even a little part of it seems utterly daunting to anyone new to his works. This often seems to have been his purpose, as when laid bare (as this books does) the system of Crowley can be adequately reduced down so anyone with a rudimentary knowledge of qabala, the basic G.D. system, and some yoga, can grasp its fundamentals. If this was supposed to be (as initially advertised) the aim of religion with the method of science, and be for "all", you would think it would have been organized along more lucid, coherent lines. But alas, no, it was not. It was in fact organized as a 'secret' order, so that the initiate would only learn a little at a time, and be fed just as much as the person ahead of them was able to pass on. This is probably not the best way to transmit knowledge, but now that Mr. Eshelman has revealed the overview of the entire system (up to a certain point...) we can honestly say the democritization of knowledge promised us has begun. Thank you Mr. Eshelman for this brilliant, engaging and informative book!

If you are working the grades of the G.D. order of A:.A:., you will still need all of the Crowley texts and syllabus. But there is no better road map of the system than Eshelman's work here. He lends insights you won't find anywhere else and refuses to use blinds and deception. This is an excellent work to which I still turn after owning a copy for 15 years.

This includes Liber AL vel Legis and has over 276 illust, the book itself is beautifull, the cover you see is a dust jacket hiding the silver embossed seal of the A.'.A.'. on its cover, its nice. Cela faisait des années que j’essayais de mettre la main sur ce livre (en Anglais). Etant moi-même MAGUS 9=2 de l’A.·.A.·., j’enseigne à mon tour après avoir étudié et pratiqué pendant des années.Dans l’A.·.A.·., qui n’est qu’un Ordre dont la régularité est basée sur une chaîne non interrompue d’initiés remontant à son fondateur, à savoir Aleister Crowley (1875-1947), chaque instructeur enseigne des pratiques que l’on peut qualifier de « colonne vertébrale » de l’Ordre. À côté de cela, beaucoup d’instructeurs enseignent également d’autres choses selon leur sensibilité (par exemple, pour ma part, j’enseigne l’ésotérisme nordique, comme les Runes et l’Yggdrasil). Constituer un cursus adéquat pour chaque grade n’est pas aisé, car il faut le « reconstituer » en lisant les nombreux ouvrages d’Aleister Crowley. Grâce au présent ouvrage, qui est un véritable syllabus, la tâche est beaucoup plus aisée, et enseigne aussi pas mal de choses très intéressantes. A RECOMMANDER, mais dépéchez-vous, ce livre est extrêmement rare à trouver ! Merci Amazon !

Smashing text, really lays the subject down, the light needed at the beginning to get you going, as its extremely dark when you first set out on the lower paths!!!!!!! Be warned this is not for dabblers it's real and will wake you up!!!!
