Best massage machine by far. I have purchased this machine a few times as I use machine daily!!!! I have used a few massage machines in the past, and this is my favourite one, it really does the job, it is FIRM and get all the knots out, I would highly recommend. If anything the size has gone smaller since I bought few years ago. And very good price do not get the RENPHO brand, don’t let the reviews fool you, as reviews are based on other items they have, their massage machine was CRAP, and did NOTHING, was like a swedish massage.

Wow wow wow !!! I have been in agony now for about 2-3 months with head, neck & shoulder pain . I suffer terribly with anxiety disorder and it doesn't help as I'm always tense. I purchased this after reading some reviews , I was about 50% hopeful it could help me . After my first go I actually felt some relief ! The tension eased and the aches and pains subdued. . The best £25ish pound I've ever spent ! My husband is happy as I won't keep pestering him for a shoulder & neck massage lol I don't have a spare £50 a month to go for massages and believe me with this massager I won't need to . Do not buy if you want a softly softly massage as this isn't for you , this massager gets deep into your tissue and really gives it some welly . .The only negative in my eyes is its not cordless , but i can deal with that . Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a good deep tissue massage at a very very reasonable price.

Quite good, gives plenty of pressure and is effective, takes some time to get hot but can't complain well made and can handle tense shoulders. Would buy again

Wow this product is unreal everyone needs of one these! I hold alot of tension in my shoulders as probably many others do i come looking on here for a neck massager however i come across this product and read it had a dual purpose well many infact and was heated which was a bonus as the heat is so good for the blood flow I’ve found to relieve tighten muscles so I read the reviews looked at at very helpful review where a lady had posted pictures and videos of the product I looked the product up on YouTube and I was sold bought for £20 thought it was a bargain arrived today i instantly opened wanting to try out in a decent size box I feel to fit the product in and out perfectly read the instructions but no need really as prettt easy to use comes with plug to plug in and use clicked the power buttons has different speed settings and you can turn the heat on and off which I like I also like the safety on it so it doesn’t overheat when it gets to 15 mins which I think 15 mins is plenty to use on 1 area so I looked again on some YouTube videos just how to use and where to position I put round my neck it isn’t heavy it’s just the right size and weight I feel but everyone is different i sat relaxed turned on with the heat and kept on the first speed settings for 5 mins and it’s a lovely sensation just like having a real massage I did a full 15 mins with the heat on and on my shoulders/neck on the full speed setting and afterwards my shoulders are so relaxed like jelly the tightness,soreness and knots have gone I would really recommend this product, I wanted to try in another area I have mechanical lower back pain and honestly I have tried many things and products so thought why not try this so I sat relaxed myself slid the massager to my lower back wrapped it round me lent against it behind me on the pillow without leaning too much force on it turned on with the heat for 15 mins and afterwards wow it has dulled the pain and my back feels no stiffness I’d like to see after a few uses how much better my back will be

This is amazing. I suffer alot of muscular skeletal issues with bad back and neck, due to a bad posture and also not sleeping correctly and this has really helped me ease my pain. Great product and highly recommended.

Received this today, couldn't wait to unbox and try it. I was like a kid at Christmas 😊 Plugged in, switched on and enjoyed 15 minutes of pure bliss 😊 This bit of kit is amazing and I definitely felt it working, it worked on those tight knots in my neck and shoulders and even after 15 minutes they felt so much better. I can see this being used a lot 😊. I would highly recommend 👌

I was hesitant at first to purchase this since I struggle much with knots and neck cramps for a really long time. After carefully reading reviews some positive and some not, I decided to purchase this and honestly I was blown away by how this has changed everything for me. First off, this is not battery operated but plug in cable instead which I find more efficient personally. The movement of the machine is for to your body and it does feel like you’re being massaged but have to remember these are not hands and rather a machine so the sensation will be different yet efficient in my case atleast. You can move it around to where you want this to massage you not necessarily to be placed in one area. My family members even used this and liked it once they saw me use it and boast about it. The heat aspect of the massager as mentioned is not actual heat but comfortable warmth which feels like as if machine is overheating but really it isn’t it’s the heat that comes through the cover itself to your skin. You would feel this more when it’s on bare skin and not on top of clothes, you can controle this and it is quite comfortable. You can hear the machine work in terms of noice but it is not the type of noisy lever that would irritate you but rather something you end up even following in terms of humming (happened with some of my family members when they were enjoying being kneaded). The functions are easy to use and it tucks away quite neatly. Overall I have no regrets in purchasing this, I even have been going around mentioning how great it is and once I hear anyone complain about back pain or see me use it, they use it themselves. The price for the product when I purchased it was indeed suitable in my opinion especially after using this. So far I have not had any negative experience with this so I consider myself lucky given I’ve read some reviews but I can only give my honest review about for those who are like me and in desperate need of anything to be relieved from knots in their backs. I would definitely recommend from my own experience and hopefully you would experience the same.
